FAQ
Q: What is the desiccant pack for?
A: The desiccant pack helps absorb moisture inside the food tank, helping keep dry food fresher and crisp longer.
Q: How often should I replace the desiccant pack?
A: We recommend replacing the desiccant every 14 days. Each replacement requires 2 desiccant bags. Replace the desiccant sooner if the packs become firm or if the food begins to lose its freshness. You can also set a reminder in the Petlibro App to help stay on schedule.
Q: Are these desiccant packs compatible with other Petlibro feeders?
A: No. These desiccant packs are designed specifically for the Granary 2 Series and are not compatible with other Petlibro feeders.
