Why am I not getting any Low Food Notifications on the Granary Smart Feeder?

The low food Indicator should be on when the food level is low. If the indicator does not work, try the steps below to resume normal operation:

1. Please clean the base of the food container. Then, remove the tank base and clean the infrared light with a dry, soft cloth. See the video below.

2. Please assemble the feeder and check if the low food notification is functioning normally again.
